  • Regular rates: $375/member; $475/member. After Sept. 15
  • Any company who registers 10 attendees, receives the 11th registration free. (All 11 must be registered at the same time with payment.)

Conference registration is only open to owners and employees of property management companies. All other Vendors/Service Providers must register as an Exhibitor. If you have questions, please contact Laura Spataro at 856-786-2183 or

Registration is now closed. 


Cancellation Policy: Registration fees will be refunded less a $50 processing charge if received in writing 14 business days prior to the conference. Substitutions, but no refunds, can be made after that date. All confirmed reservations must be paid whether you attend or not.

Room Rate: $135 per night. The rate is subject to applicable state and local taxes. You must indicate that you are with PennDel AHMA Group Code GPEN7 to receive this rate.
