REVERSE TRADE SHOW DETAILS
New this year! In addition to the traditional Expo, the PennDel AHMA Reverse Trade Show is a fun, interactive networking event designed to connect Supplier Partner Members and Corporate Member Management companies. Each Supplier Partner is guaranteed time to participate with each participating company.
Unlike traditional trade shows where vendors set up booths to showcase their products and services, the Reverse Trade Show flips the script. Here, managing agents and multifamily industry decision-makers are the ones with tables, while suppliers walk the floor. This format allows companies to connect with potential clients and build valuable business relationships. It’s a must-attend event for anyone looking to thrive in this dynamic industry.
When: October 15, 2025 from 2:30 – 3:45 pm
Cost: $250 per company (Attendance is limited 2 Supplier Partner individuals per company)
This event is Reserved for PennDel AHMA Exhibiting Supplier Partner Members ONLY. The Reverse Tradeshow is an additional registration and requires a separate Exhibit or Sponsorship registration. Space is limited so sign up today! You can add this on to your exhibitor registration below.
Please Note: Supplier Partner registration is currently on hold for the Reverse Tradeshow. For the Reserve Tradeshow to run smoothly, an equally proportionate number of Corporate Members need to be present. Registration will resume for Supplier Partner members once that has been achieved.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that an exhibitor must cancel prior to the exhibit, all refunds will be at the discretion of PennDel AHMA based on date of cancellation and benefits received thus far. To reserve a space, fees must be paid in full.

Reservation Cut-Off Date is Sept. 14, 2025. Requests received after Reservation Cut-Off Date, Sept. 14, 2025, may be accepted on a space available basis at the Hotel’s prevailing rate.
