This seminar qualifies for 6 hours of Continuing Education Credits, for those people with the Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), designation who are in need of Continuing Education Credits.

No doubt about it 2020 was a weird year!

No LIHTC certifications required? Physical Inspections? Year-end reporting? Everything was just plain different. Join us for a discussion of what we can anticipate the new year will bring for annual recertifications, physical inspection, and year-end reporting.

………And a new Administration? What will the Biden Administration keep or change in the LIHTC program? Many states have updated their policies and procedures on administering the LIHTC program and the Treasury has given us faqs on Emergency Rental Assistance Program for our residents.
