Most of us are uncomfortable talking about money in general. The discomfort grows when having to talk to tenants who are behind in rent payments about their spending habits and priorities. This session explores money from the tenant’s perspective, hidden economic social norms, and communication skills to help increase service coordinator and property manager's confidence to get the job done.
