The Integration of Management, Maintenance and Service Coordinators

Speakers: Erin Devlin and Dwayne Bynum, Community Reality Management

Have you ever heard a coworker or employee say, that’s not my job? Has a breakdown in communication between team members resulted in complications for you? If so, this session is for you. We will focus on improving communication and utilizing different techniques and tools to be an efficient team; integrating management, maintenance and service coordinators. We will also discuss the benefits of every team member supporting service coordinating. Many of the tools that will be offered can also be utilized in other aspects of property management.

Dwayne Bynum, ARM, NAHMS, CAMT has worked for Community Realty Management since 2002. Currently, he is the Community Director at Opportunities Towers I and II a senior citizen community in Philadelphia. Under Dwayne’s leadership, Opportunities Towers I and II was awarded the Community of Quality designation.

Erin Devlin, ARM, SHCM has worked in property management since 2008. She is currently the Property Manager at Opportunities Towers I and II. Erin has been an active member of PennDel AHMA and IREM throughout her career.
