Bed bugs are back and here to stay. As they continue their resurgence all over the world it is imperative that property managers and employees associated with multi-family housing understand bed bugs so that they can control the hysteria associated with them, identify infestations early-on and eliminate them in a timely fashion. This session will cover the basics of bed bug biology and behavior which will assist in educating employees and clients on what they need to know about bed bugs. This basic information will lend to understanding myths and realities when it comes to bed bug lawsuits and what you need to know to protect your company and its clients. In addition, the early detection of bed bug infestations will be covered which will assist in reducing the amount of time it requires to control infestations as well as reduce the amount of money required to eliminate them. Lastly, a progressive treatment protocol will be reviewed so that all attendees can evaluate the protocol being rendered at their place of employment and make the necessary changes to assure your properties remain bed bug free (or as close as possible).
