NAHMAnalysis--The American Rescue Plan Act

Today, NAHMA published a NAHMAnalysis, the American Rescue Plan Act. Proposed by President Biden in January and signed into law in March, the American Rescue Plan Act seeks to facilitate the United States' recovery from the devastating economic and health effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. This NAHMAnalysis examines the direct and indirect economic relief and support provided to tenants and landlords through the American Rescue Plan Act.
