Register for Upcoming CNA e-Tool National Webinars on Release of Version 3.0
HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing announced that it will be hosting a two-part webinar series designed to introduce users to the CNA (Capital Needs Assessment) e-Tool version 3.0 that is scheduled for release on August 24, 2020.
HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing is hosting a two-part webinar series introducing the new Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) e-Tool version 3.0 in the month of June and July. Each webinar topic is being delivered four times with a capacity of 1,000 participants – see the schedule below.
The presentations consist of approximately 60 minutes of presentation and 30 minutes of questions and answers. You are highly encouraged to participate in both webinars to learn more about the new CNA e-Tool version 3.0.
Webinar Objectives
Part 1: The "Getting Started" webinar describes how users obtain access to the new CNA e-Tool, version 3.0 and how to transfer in-progress CNAs from the legacy, Excel-based system to version 3.0. The webinar also covers types of users and the “read” “write” and “submit” rights each user type has within the new system. Prior to attending the webinar we ask that you please review the two tutorials: Obtaining an MID and Company Coordinator's Role.
Part 2: The "User Basics" webinar shows the look and feel of version 3.0, describing how to navigate individual user dashboards, how to assign CNAs within an organization, and how to send CNAs to partner organizations.
Note: Each session within a webinar topic will cover the same content. Register for only one session under each webinar topic. All sessions will be recorded and the best of each will be posted for repeat viewing.
Who Should Attend?
The webinars are for all current and future CNA e-Tool users: lenders, needs assessors, Participating Administrative Entities (PAEs), and Public Housing Authority (PHA) personnel preparing RAD applications.
