The Octavia Hill Association, Inc., a Philadelphia Based evelopment/Management Company, is seeking applicants for an Office Manager for their Germantown property location.
The Property Manager is the business leader and decision-maker for approximately 140 units located in the Germantown and Queen Village neighborhoods of Philadelphia. This individual will oversee the entire operations of the properties to include leasing, accounts receivable/payable, maintenance, (including direct supervision of staff), resident satisfaction and financial success. In addition they will lead leasing, monitoring market conditions, control expenses, attract residents and retain them through superior customer service.
The successful candidate must have proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills. A minimum of five years multi-family property management, working knowledge of tenant and eviction laws, and computerized property management software experience is required. An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, and ARM® or CPM® credentialed applicants are preferred. Education or professional credentials may be considered in lieu of experience.
